2 - Making a purchase at Swaeneven Select Sale is simple. The general steps are:

- Registering to bid
- Bidding
- Paying
- Picking up or shipping your property.

3. How do I register for the auction?

Click the Register link at the top of the page. Select the registration of your choosing in menu on the right. Fill in all required fields (marked by an asterisk).
The registration information provided by you will be submited to and verified by Notary van der Hem, de Sluytermanwei 25, 9023 AB, Jorwert, the Netherlands.
Your registration information is password protected, encrypted and stored on secure servers. After verification we will not share your personal data with anyone.
After verification and receipt of your payment, your login and acces code will be mailed to you on the email address provided.

4. Will the administrators of the auction be able to know which bidder has which user name?

Yes, the Administrator(s) will be able to identify bidders by their user name. This is important if you donate an item to the auction, place a winning bid, or purchase an item.

5. Can I change my login ?

It is not possible to change your login.

6. How can I change my user name?

Click the Login link and enter your current login and password.

Change your User name

7. Is there a way to display my real name and not a user name?

Bidders may choose to use their real names as user names. This is a choice bidders make when they register. It is your decision whether to publicly display your real name or to be anonymous.

It is not possible to change your email information.
