Try out
For presentation and visit you are welcome on Saturday, December 5 and Sunday, December 6 from 12:00 to 16.00 hours . The viewing is from 12.00 hours. The presentation of the horses will take place from 14.00 to 15.30 hours. The entrance on both days is free. The address of Arcadia Stables is Vledderlanden 1-3, 8381 XL Vledder, The Netherlands. It is only by appointment to try out the horses under the saddle on Tuesday 8 and Wednesday, December 9. Wie niet bij de veiling aanwezig kan zijn, kan via de telefoon meebieden. Via de Virtual Auctioneer kunnen potentiele kopers live meebieden vanuit elke internet browser. Bezoek voor meer informatie de website: www.virtualauctioneer.nl Voor beide mogelijkheden tot bieden op afstand is een borg vereist 1000,00 euro. Deze borg dient voor aanvang van de veiling op de rekening van de veilingnotaris te zijn overgemaakt . Na afloop van de veiling zal dit bedrag met uw eventuele aankoop verrekend worden. Indien u geen aankoop heeft gedaan, dan wordt dit bedrag direct na de veiling door de notaris op uw rekening teruggeboekt.

For those who cannot be present at the auction, there is bidding by telephone. After the auction this amount will be deducted from your purchase. If you do not make any purchase, then this amount will be transferred back to you at your bank account by the notary.
Veterinaire rapporten
Alle paarden boven de twee jaar zijn in de drie maanden voorafgaand aan de veiling rontgenologisch en klinisch onderzocht. Alle paarden jonger dan twee jaar zijn alleen klinisch gekeurd. De rapporten en rontgenfoto s liggen op zaterdag 5 en zondag 6 december ter inzage op Stal Arcadia en op zaterdag 12 december op het kantoor van Event Centre t Swaeneven te Wapse. Vanuit de organisatie is er op 12 december een dierenarts aanwezig om toelichting op de rapporten en foto s te geven. Uiteraard kunt u ook uw eigen dierenarts meenemen. Indien u eerder informatie wenst te ontvangen kunt u contact opnemen met de organisatie op telefoonnummer 0521-551424 of er e-mail: info@swaenevenselectsale.com. Bieders en kopers worden geacht bekend te zijn met de inhoud van bovengenoemde bescheiden.
Veterinary report
In the three months before the auction, all horses older than two years old have been X-rayed and clinically examined. All horses younger than two years old are only clinically examined. The reports and the X-rays are available for viewing on Saturday 5 and Sunday 6 december; these will be 12 december at the office of Event Centre t Swaeneven in Wapse. On December 12th the organizations veterinary will be present to supply explanations of the reports and X-rays. Please feel welcome to bring your own veterinary along. Bidders and purchasers are presumed to be acquainted with the contents of the above-mentioned documents.
Verzekering
EFO Paardenverzekering biedt de nieuwe eigenaren de mogelijkheid om hun aankoop te verzekeren vanaf het moment van gunning. Op het aankoopformulier wordt de koper de optie geboden het paard direct te verzekeren. Kopers die hun paard niet op de dag van de veiling afrekenen zijn verplicht deze verzekering af te sluiten.
Insurance
EFO Horse insurance offers new owners the possibility to insure their purchase from the moment of allotment. On the purchase form the buyer is offered the option to insure the horse immediately. Buyers that do not pay for their horse on the day of the auction are obliged to take out this insurance.
De notaris
Gjalt Sjoerd van der Hem is notaris in Jorwert, het Friese dorp dat ondermeer bekendheid verkreeg door het boek van Geert Mak, “Hoe God verdween uit Jorwerd”, over de ontwikkeling van een plattelandsdorp in de loop van de tijd.

Betalingswijze
U betaalt contant. Na afloop van de veiling meldt u zich op het secretariaat van de Swaeneven Select Sale, alwaar u contant afrekent. U ontvangt dan uiteraard een betalingsbewijs.
U zorgt voor een bankgarantie. U kunt bij uw bank een bewijs aanvragen dat getuigt van uw ‘financiële gegoedheid’. Met deze bankgarantie krijgt u van ons toestemming giraal te betalen. Het bedrag dient dan binnen 7 dagen na de veiling op rekening te staan.
Telebankieren. Na afloop van de veiling meldt u zich op het secretariaat van de Swaeneven Select Sale, alwaar u telefonisch een spoedbetaling laat plaats vinden. U ontvangt dan uiteraard een betalingsbewijs.
Internetbankieren. Na afloop van de veiling meldt u zich op het secretariaat van de Swaeneven Select Sale, alwaar u gebruik kunt maken van een computer. U kunt door middel van een online spoedbetaling het bedrag overmaken. Het secretariaat van de Swaeneven Select Sale ontvangt hierbij een kopie van de bevestiging.
Pinbetalingen. Na afloop van de veiling meldt u zich op het secretariaat van de Swaeneven Select Sale, alwaar u met uw pinpas of creditcard afrekent. U ontvangt dan uiteraard een betalingsbewijs.
Manner of payment
By payment in cash. After the auction, you should report to the secretariat of the Swaeneven Select Sale where you can then pay in cash. A receipt will be given after the transaction.
By providing a bank guarantee. You should ask your bank to supply documentary evidence of your ‘financial means’. With such a bank guarantee, we can give you permission for a giro transfer. The sum should be paid to the account within 7 days after the auction.

Pin payments. After the auction, you should report to the secretariat of the Swaeneven Select Sale where you can pay by pin or credit card. A receipt will be given after the transaction.
